Can We Slow Down, 2026
DIGITAL REGRESSION.
A MANIFESTO FOR THE HUMAN IMPRINT.

The era of the hollow loop. We are entering a digital age defined by acceleration and exhaustion. As AI begins to train on its own echoes, we risk a future devoid of human touch: a closed circuit of synthetic information. "Can We Slow Down" is a response to this saturation. It is a research project born from the necessity of preserving the "glitch" that only a human mind can produce.

The beauty of the constraint. This project advocates for a deliberate shift. We aim to turn the ideal of digital progress into an ideal of digital regression. We seek a return to reflection, craftsmanship, and critical empathy. By utilizing ASCII art, we reclaim a primitive digital language. It is a visual imprint that represents curiosity and emotion. These are qualities that a machine can simulate but never truly possess.
